Our Beliefs

  • What to Expect

Our Sunday and Midweek Wednesday services are a time for us to come together to encourage one another and study God's word together. We are an imperfect family in Christ and we rejoice, mourn and journey through life together.

Come just as you are. None of us are perfect or have it all together. No matter what walk of life you are in, you are wanted here.

You can dress up, or dress casually. After our morning Bible classes, we will be led in communal acapella singing. We partake in the Lord's Supper every Sunday morning followed by more singing and a sermon.

  • Our Beliefs

We are a New Testament church with strong ties to the churches of Christ, whose American roots go back to the “American Restoration Movement” led by Alexander Campbell, Barton W. Stone and others. We believe in simple worship defined by prayer, congregational singing (a cappella), observing the Lord’s supper weekly and studying the Bible through sermons and Bible classes.

We believe in the descriptions of baptism in the scriptures where it says it saves us (Mark 10:101 Peter 3:21), joins us with Christ in his death and resurrection (Romans 6:3-4) and adds us to the church (Acts 2:3841

We have local leadership, open communion and often split into “house churches” on select Sunday nights. Becoming a supportive spiritual family who derive truth for living from God’s word and a positive partner in our community are strong core values of who we want to be.

We would love for you to visit us soon!
